[FR] Née en 1997 à Besançon, Lucie Comby est une photographe qui vit et travaille actuellement à Paris. Après trois années à l'ISBA, l'école des beaux-arts de Besançon, et l'obtention de son DNA, elle décide de se consacrer pleinement à la photographie en intégrant l’ETPA dont elle ressort diplômée avec mention du jury en 2023.
Lucie explore l’ambiguïté de notre rapport au monde en insufflant à son travail une dimension de l’étrange, tantôt dans le fond, tantôt dans la forme. C’est en écoutant les histoires des autres ou en examinant ses propres ressentis qu’elle soulève certaines questions que l’être humain se pose sur sa vie et sa condition.
[EN] Born in 1997 in Besançon, Lucie Comby is a photographer who currently lives and works in Paris. After three years at ISBA, the school of fine arts of Besançon, and obtaining her DNA, she devotes herself to photography by joining ETPA, a photography school in Toulouse, from which she graduated in 2023 and received a mention at the Grand Prix ETPA.
Lucie explores the ambiguity of our relationship to the world by infusing her work with a dimension of strangeness, sometimes in substance, sometimes in form. It is by listening to the stories of others or by examining one's own feelings that she raises certain questions that human beings ask about their life and their condition.
